What customers like about it
Based on our 150 year old family recipe. I wrap a lightly sweet, soft buttery, yeast dough around a seasoned filling of baked salmon fillet, smoked salmon and Philadelphia Cream Cheese.
This was once my highest accolade at the British Pie Awards - Runners-up to Fish Pie of the Year. I have won Class Champion twice in subsequent years.
